ROC RAYMI

ROC RAYMI (PARTY OF THE SUN) is a documentary-interview video created to honor Native American Heritage Month. I attended “ROC RAYMI'', an Andean celebration organized by NYU CLACS, KJCC, and the Runasimi Outreach Collective, an NYU student-led organization that promotes Andean culture and the only Indigenous language taught at NYU, Quechua. At the event, I interviewed attendees and gathered their thoughts on indigenous identity, land acknowledgment, and Andean heritage.
